Advanced Manufacturing & Installation Setup

In order to meet customers' requirement and provide precision to manufactured end product each unit is designed only after analyzing type of project, geographical factors, building conditions and material to be used.

The objective of installing a rolling shutter is met only if recommended profile and drive unit is installed. The selection of material, grade and profile type is on the basis of opening size and wind load whereas the selection profile is on the basis of opening size and usage. Recommended profile is selected from wide range of profiles which are fabricated using CNC machines in order to provide right alignment with the use of recommended grade material. Recommended drive units is installed with rolling shutters after checking opening size and operational factors.

Each unit is meticulously engineered after detailed designing and selection of recommended material and drive using state of art manufacturing facilities which includes CNC roll forming machines under supervision of workers having years of experience. Adhering to quality centric approach check is maintained on raw material purchased which are used for fabricating components. In house production of all components is undertaken which only after passing quality test becomes part of the product which is provided to end user. Packaging of end product is done before dispatch with an objective to maintain finish of end product and installation is done by experienced team with an objective to provide an aesthetically pleasing product to customer.
